How do I place an order?

To place an order, choose from a “Collection”, select on the photos of the items you would like to purchasechoose your size, select your quantity and add to cart. Fill in fields with your contact and shipping information. When you are ready to complete your order, go to Checkout. Wait for an email/text containing your sales invoice and/or payment instructions. If your payment successfully went through, you should have received an email/text confirmation.

What are your modes of payment?

We accept payments through Gcash, Paymaya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Paypal, BPI Online Transfer.

Do you accept credit card payments?

We accept Credit/Debit card payments via Paypal and Xendit.

Do you offer installment?

Yes, we’ve partnered with BillEase.

Buy Now, Pay Later to provide you with a cardless credit at checkout. With BillEase, you can split your payments into 3 equal installments at only 2.6% monthly.

Do you accept payments via Cash on Delivery?

We do not offer cash on delivery yet. Payment first before processing of pre-orders.

Do you have physical stores?

KEES is an online-only brand in the Philippines. No physical stores yet.

PREORDER POLICY

 

KEES products are made to order.

• Weekly production batch of preorders usually takes 7-10 business days.

• Observe the provided cutoff days for orders and payments. See batch schedule.

• No proof of payments, no processing of preorders.

• Payments made after the said cutoff will be included on the next batch.

• No cancellation will be entertained after the cutoff period.

• Take note that holidays and uncontrollable factors affects business days.

 

SHIPPING

 

• Observe the provided shipment days for the ongoing batch. See batch schedule.

• The estimated delivery times are a guide only. KEES is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier once products has been dispatched.

• To avoid delivery issues and delays, kindly fill out the form completely.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

• KEES products are made to order. We do not allow return & exchange of items unless the item is damaged upon purchase.

• We will only accommodate returns and exchanges for damaged items within 5 days upon receipt.

• You may ship the damaged items using any method of your choice, at your expense.
